think we would learn not only grammar but gain vocabulary, ideolect at the same time

No, I don´t think we will add a dictionary there, because you learn by checking the meanings yourself and we have this "double click dictionary" available on this site, where you will get dictionary meaning of any word on the site, if you double click on that word. That makes the ´checking the meaning of a word´ work very easy.
