I also think they were very brave. Even if the lion had been their pet for years, to see an animal of that size and reputation running up to you at speed would scare the hell out of me!!!

yes that could have quite easily turned out to be lunch time....fantastic amount of trust placed on that friendship.... you don´t see that much any more
