Please can someone explain to me if there is any essential difference between:

Gelirsem, gelirsen, gelirse, gelirsek, gelirseniz, gelirseler

&

Gelsem, gelsen, gelse, gelsek, gelseniz, gelseler                    ?????

If I say:  ´Vaktinde gelirse, sinemaya gidiriz´     OR     ´Vaktinde gelse ... etc´

Do they mean the same?

 if there is a time tense - present, past, future, and then -se suffix is added, that makes it a conditional.. if -se suffix is added to the verb root, it makes a wish:

For example:

Eðer zamanýnda gelirse, sinemaya gidebiliriz. - If he comes on time, we can go to the cinema.

Zamanýnda gelse de sinemaya gitsek - I wish he would come on time, so that we can go to the cinema.
