Can you call the Manager or Mustafa at the Parador and book Erin and I a room there?  I have found some very cheap flights and need to book a room now.  We arrive May 26, 2009 and depart June 9, 2009.  Let me know if you can do this and how much it will cost.  Please let me know quickly or I will have to book another hotel.
