To me? Yes s/he caused harm (thru the evil eye) I crippled (damaged, hurt?) my foot.

 

Not sure what elemterefiþ means, þiþmek means to swell, so it´s something about making the evil eyes swell perhap?

I googled it and apparently "Elemterefiþ kem gözlere þiþ!!!" means something like "Damn the evil eye!" (although probably not literally). I´m guessing it´s a common saying.
