You are bad. --> Sen kötü-sün. --> Kötüsün.

So I am jsut wondering do you say...sen kotusun or only kotusun. there are many examples in the grammer section but im not sure which one to say....you are bad =?

Also what is the different between
You are beautiful. --> Sen güzel-sin. --> Güzelsin.
You are beautiful. --> Siz güzel-siniz. --> Güzelsiniz.
Very confusing!

You don't have to mention the pronoun (ben, sen, o, biz, siz, onlar) unless you want to stress something. You could say "Sen kötüsün!", if you would want to stress that it is "you" who is bad and not "him", you see?

But in general you just drop it.

Güzelsiniz can be used when you are talking to a group of people, but it is also used as the polite form of the singular "you".
So güzelsin - you are beautiful, can be used for someone who you know well.
But if you would want to say that to the queen it would have to be güzelsiniz

kotusun - sen kotusun
both re correct..
for ex :
u cheated in exam
i m sayin : kotusun, cok kotusun..

Using "kotusun " depends on what u wanna say..

for ex : u re group of people and u re discussing who is good and who is bad..
( u're pointin someone ) and u can say " sen kotusun "

generally we use " sen + kotusun " if there is more than one person.
and :
sen güzelsin is informal,u can use this one in daily life..
siz guzelsiniz is formal..
for ex :
i wanna start talkin with a girl at party, and i m sayin
- cok guzelsiniz ..
or i m a worker, and my boss is woman
- bugun cok guzelsiniz patron
or i m a student and my teacher is woman
- hocam(=ogretmenim) bugun cok guzelsiniz
and i m talkin with my girl friend . :
gf : sence ben guzelmiyim
uykusuz : guzelsin , cok guzelsin .

i hope i could help you
cya
