Those levels dont open here too. But I think this must be a temporary problem cause I have opened them in the past.
As for the questions, sometimes they look the same, but they have a slight difference. But sometimes, they are exactly the same. You are right.

I couldn't open those pages either. But I missed only one quiestion of the hardest test I managed to view. (I don't remember which level). Should I be proud of myself? definitely.

The higher level and harder questions the easier seem to me From the last exerscise I could open I got 100%
