What would be the best way to express that you´re getting/buying, etc multiple quantities for a certain amount of money.

For example, to say "I want to buy two 30-dollar visas":

- Otuzar dolar iki tane vize almak istiyorum.

or

- Iki tane otuzluk dolar vize almak istiyorum.

or

- any other way?

no these ones are not correct.

if you have a unit, you must add "lýk" at the end of it.

you can say "iki tane otuz dolarlýk vize almak istiyorum" or "iki tane otuzar dolarlýk vize almak istiyorum"

(-ar after otuz implies that they were both 30 $ but you can omit it)

e.g.:

I have bought two 5-kg rice packages.

Ýki tane beþ kilogramlýk pirinç (paketi) aldým.

(We also sometimes simply say "iki tane beþlik pirinç aldým", because it is presumable that you are talking about kilograms)

or

Ýki paket beþer kilogramlýk pirinç aldým.

I have cooked 5 cookies for each of you.

Her birinize beþer tane kurabiye piþirdim.

I want to buy 2 from each kind of chocolates (what a stupid sentence )

Bütün çikolata çeþitlerinden ikiþer tane almak istiyorum.

 I know what you mean. Polish is my mother tongue but I am no so sure if I could explain the grammar to somebody learning it even though I know it lol. When I was taking Spanish, I had a native speaker as a teacher, and I don´t think she was trained as a language teacher, so even though her pronounciation was wonderful, she couldn´t really explain the grammar well. "That´s just the way it is" doesn´t really cut it lol. So don´t worry, you´re doing a tremendous job and your explanations are wonderful. 

So, coming back to için. You wouldn´t use it to tell how much you bought something for. The reason I asked is because I´ve heard sentences like: "Bir kiþi için." and "Bir kiþilik." meaning basically "For one person." so, I was wondering if they were interchangeable.

Yes we use "bir kiþi için" and "bir kiþilik" interchangeably, but not "on dolarlýk" and "on dolar için". in the first one as you said it means "for one person", but meaning is different in the other case. But I guess you´ve already understood this

One last question. To say: "How much can I buy for ten dollars?" would you say:

- On dolarlýk ne kadar alabýlýrým? or On dolarlýk kaç tane alabýlýrým?

I´m thinking I wouldn´t use için here, based on the previous posts, but I just want to double check that I´m getting it.

"On dolarlýk kaç tane alabilirim?" means something different.
