Hello Grandma, How are you? Ilyas has told me that you are not too good at the minute. I hope that you will be good again soon. Thinking about you and wishing you will be ok again soon. Take Care.

Merhaba büyükanne, nasýlsýn? Ãlyas bana þu anda pek iyi olmadýðýný söyledi. Geçmiþ olsun. Umarým yakýnda tekrar iyi olacaksýn. Seni düþünüyorum ve yakýnda tekrar iyileþmeni umuyorum. Kendine iyi bak.
(p.s.: I have added "geçmiþ olsun" although you did not write such a thing because that´s how we always say, similar to "get well soon")
if you think you should write formal, here is the formal one:
Merhaba büyükanne, nasýlsýnýz? Ãlyas bana þu anda pek iyi olmadýðýnýzý söyledi. Geçmiþ olsun. Umarým yakýnda tekrar iyi olacaksýnýz. Sizi düþünüyorum ve yakýnda tekrar iyileþmenizi umuyorum. Kendinize iyi bakýn.

Merhaba Nine, nasýlsýnýz? Ilyas þu anda iyi olmadýðýnýzý söyledi. Umarým en kýsa yakýnda tekrak iyi olacaksýnýz.
Sizi düþünüyorum ve tekrar yakýnda iyi olacaðýnýzý diliyorum. Kendinize iyi bakýn.
Wait for corrections, just a learner.
P.S. You might want to add "Geçmiþ olsun, that´s a common phrase to wish somebody speedy recovery.

actually you wrote with the formal "you", and maybe it is a better idea. hmm, I don´t know. I don´t call my grandma "siz", but maybe to my boyfriend´s grandma. I don´t know, she can choose
congratulations about "þu anda"

Thank you for checking and correcting. I just looked up "iyileþmek", that´s a good one to know (especially since I´m in the chapter on sickness ).
