Isparta Gül?

I have heard this is a particularly sweet and beautiful rose scent. Does anyone know if the Isparta Gül attar can be found in markets in Turkey? If you are looking for nice attars, where would one go? A friend of mine had some attar of fulya that was very nice. It would be nice to know where to go to find these.
