This is a poem (or part of a poem) that I remember from my childhood. Do you recognize it and know the author? Can you correct the third line? 

Senden ayrý yaþamam,

Cünkü çok sevdim seni.

Hoþ (retina doyumam?)

Terk etme beni!

Teþekküler!

The third line and fourth lines looks like:

Hasretine dayanaman sen de terketme beni
