It needs to be either advise (fiil) or to give advice in English. (advice - isim)

I notice tavsiye etmek also means to recommend or to suggest.

I actually didn´t check the translation, just saw the grammar mistake and corrected it cuz I didn´t want to look up the dictionary for "tenkit etmek".. I´m a lazy bum=)
