I believe this means:

 

seni kimseyý sevmediðim kadar seviyorum

 

I did not love anyone/somebody until I love(d) you

I think it says: I haven´t loved anybody like I love you (as much as I love you).

 

or more literally: I love you like I haven´t loved anybody.
