I have just watched the movie.. (I should have watched it before..Shame on me )

Written and directed by Yilmaz Guney..It was made in 1983 in Germany, after Guney escaped from jail and Turkey..

What a movie and the reality of it, hits you on the face!!

I must say that, I have watched it with clenched fists most of the times. 

It is about a prison in Turkey in 1980s and story is specially about male teenage prisoners aged between 13-19. 

It is dashing, bold, truthful, no drama, no political message.. Just the truth, just the reality...

And as far as the conditions of prisons are concerned, midnight express  looks like a romcom..

For me, it is a movie and I will remember it for my entire life.
