to tired to think right now...
eger insansa saygi göstermeli esine sahip çikmali eger no böyle o no insan
If a person do not show respect he will not get respect??

I think it says:
If s/he´s human (a person, a human being) s/he should show respect, look after her/his spouse, if ...
"no böyle o no insan" is throwing me off though, there´s no "no" in Turkish as far as I can tell, perhaps a native speaker can figure out what this is supposed to be.

It´s just a matter of mixing two languages, the second sentence gets a sort of english word-order and most of the words are replaced by turkish words (except for the ´no´-s).
eger no böyle o no insan = if not, (so) he´s not human
