Seems to me it meant to be perfect ´English´ but misspelled ?

If your word is "prefect", it means a student assigned to serve as the head of his class or dormitory.

 

In other words, an a..hole !

It´s definitely not prefect.

 

Purrfect is just a play on words, a combination of purr (mýrlamak) and perfect, it´s quite common to use it that way actually, especially in spoken English, and mainly for emphasis. Sort of like saying "phleease" for "please".
