purrfect ne demek acaba?

Seems to me it meant to be perfect ´English´ but misspelled ?

I wonder what does "purrfect" mean?

perfect = mükemmel  (purrfect - cat language , kedinin dili ?)

It´s definitely not prefect.

Purrfect is just a play on words, a combination of purr (mýrlamak) and perfect, it´s quite common to use it that way actually, especially in spoken English, and mainly for emphasis. Sort of like saying "phleease" for "please".
