At the peak of the day, in the separated tear, it´s beautiful.
Please wait for corrections, it doesn´t quite sound right.

Gün = Day > Daylight > Sun
So
It´s beatiful sun when high noon , it´s beatiful tears when apart

No There´s only meaning of this sentence is crying is good at when parting from someone . But I think this line belong to a poem and this situation similarized to beauty of noontime sun.

Gün dorukta, gözyasi ayrikta güzeldir = Sun is nice on the zenith, teardrop is nice on other.(other´s face)
I do think in this case ´ayrik´ has a special archaic and provincial meaning of ´other´.
