The package was approximately 25cm x 40cm x 10cm and was wrapped in brown paper with string tied around it.

I hope I have translated the original message correctly and this is the information that I need to fax over. I will appreciate any help given.

I do think He/She needs a document, which declares that it was a gift, otherwise

 It seems I still need this translating please. The package has not turned up yet and they want a receipt from the post office I sent the gift from. I did not get a receipt. Maybe if I fax these details it will help.
