Bir yýl daha bitti, ama sakýn üzülme zaman çabuk geçiyor diye... Unutma ki herkes ayný þeyi yaþýyor. Bu yýlýn sonunda geriye baktýðýnda umarým "harika bir yýldý" dersin.. Dileðim bugün dilediðin tüm dileklerinin gerçek olmasý. Geleceðini oluþturacak her yeni gün, bir önceki günden daha güzel, isteklerine uygun ve seni mutlu edecek þekilde olsun!"

ben -is it possible- demezdim, onun yerine "please" kullanýrdým. ingilizcede "is it possible"ýn take care of yourself´in yanýna konulabileceðini sanmýyorum.

If i were you, i wouldn´t say "is it possible". instead of that i would use "please". Could you use "is it possible" near by "Take care of yourself" in English ? i don´t think so...
"Take care care of yourself, please" or "Take care of yourself, Okay ?" should be better.
