servis baþýna.... dolar istiyorum.Yazýn(Temmuz ya da Agustos) 15 gün tatil istiyorum.Bu arada diger müþterilerilerimle  de iþ yapacaðým.Hafta arasý Pazartesi saat 16.300 dan sonra,Salý tam gün,Çarþamba 16.30 p.m e kadar,Perþembe tam gün,Cuma 17.00 p.mden sonra ,Cumartesi tam gün,Pazar 16.00p.m den sonra musaitim.Sadece belli yerlere(............) gidebilirim.Uzak yerlere gidemem.Bu þartlarýmýn sözleþmede yer almasýný istiyorum.Sözleþme süresini daha net öðrenmek istiyorum.Müþteriye verilen servis süresini de. Bir de ulaþým vs ile ilgili masraflarla ilgli bilgi istiyorum.Þirketinizle çalýþmaktan memnun olacaðým.

Here´s my try, however I am beginner, so it would be probably better to wait for someone´s corrections or another translation:

For each service I want to be paid in dollars. During the summer (in July and August) I want to have 15-day vacations. During this time I will also work with my other clients. During a week following hours are suitable for me: on Mondays after 16:30, on Tuesdays whole day, on Wednesdays till 16:30, on Thursdays whole day, on Fridays after 17:00, on Saturdays whole day, on Sundays ater 16:00. I can go only to clear (visible/evident?) places. I can´t go to distant (improbable?) places. I want this conditions to be written in the contract. Sözleþme süresini daha net öðrenmek istiyorum <- (not sure, but I think this means: I want to have contract time stated clearly). Also, I want to know the time when service is to be delivered to client, and information about communication (arrival?) and expenditures (materials?). I will be pleased to work with your company.
