if you are blind as you dont see who loves you, than he/she has proud as she/he dont say to you that she/he loves you

 I presume it has to be this way:

 If you are that much blind not to see who loves you, he also is that proud not to say he loves you.

But it has to be mainly: If you´re that much blind to know who loves you, he´s that much arrogant to say he loves you

I think this would translate something along the lines of:

If you are so blind you can´t see who loves you, then he/she will be too proud to tell you he/she loves you.
