I was reading "Sen vs Siz" topic and one question about "hoþ geldiniz / hoþ bulduk" came to my mind. Is this phrase used in this form (plural) no matter how well you know someone, or is it possible to use "hoþ geldin / hoþ buldum" (singular form) if, for example, one person comes to visit another and both know each other very well ?

hoþgeldiniz and hoþgeldin are used for plural (or formal) and singular forms respectively.

however for the answer, we use almost all the times "hoþbulduk", even if we are a single person. "hoþbuldum" is also used, but not common.
