Anyone explain the difference between Turkish Chat and Open Mini Chat

i think its used like you can see whats going on in chat room while you can look at other stuff in this site , i think?

well....."mini chat" is mini and the other one is not mini... and because of that we r saying "turkish chat" or "chat room"
......and im confused now lol

I think so too You can't type in the mini-chat, but if you see the discussion is interesting, you can open the Turkish Chat entirely, and start participating in the covnersation
