My mistake, i forgot the ´Ã½ ´ but modified it

Ý meant karþý

Karþý in English means

1. the place opposite.
2. facing, opposite

Yanýnda means

Beside

Ýf i want the opposite word to Karýþý in Turkish what would it be ?

Ý want to say for example, the place at same line with the building

What would it be to describe it ?

Would Yanýnda work ?

So we can say

Karýþý X yanýnda, or what ?

Opposite the bank and next to the post office would be:

Bankanýn karþýsýnda, PTT´nin yanýnda.

Bankanin karsisinda, PTT´nin yaninda....if you mean immediately adjacent to PTT

Bankanin karsisinda, PTT´nin hizasinda...if you mean on the same side with PTT, but not necesaarily adjacent to it
