Evime geliyorsunuz = you are coming to my house

Evime gelin = Come to my house!

 

First sentence is using the present progressive tense, second one is using the imperative - you can see an explanation of the imperative here.

 

(In both sentences here you are talking to more than one person)

I think-

Just ´evime gel´ would do if you know the person.

´evime gelin´ is more formal but is also to one person.

´evime geliniz´ is extremely formal (official) to one person OR directed towards several people.

For a single person you speak informally.
