Generally, you have to follow these steps:
- Make verb root by taking a verb and removing "-mek" / "-mak" suffix (examples)
gelmek (to come) -> gel söylemek (to say) -> söyle uyumak (to sleep) -> uyu kalmak (to stay) -> kal
- You append "-(y)ecek / -(y)acak" suffix to a root. ´y´ is a buffer letter here, you have to use it if a root ends with a vowel, and after it you append "ecek/acak" ; otherwise, you simply append "ecek/acak". The choice between "ecek" and "acak" depends on vowel harmony.
gelecek -> Last vowel of root is ´e´, so we use "ecek" söyleyecek -> Last vowel of root is ´e´, and root ends with vowel, so we use "yecek" uyuyacak -> Last vowel of root is ´u´, and root ends with vowel, so we use "yacak" kalacak -> Last vowel is ´a´, so we use "acak"
- You append personal ending:
I - im you (singular) - sin he/she/it - (no ending), we - iz you (plural) - siniz they - lar
(you have to apply vowel harmony to this suffixes too)
Because of consonant mutation, if suffix starts with i or ý you also have to change ´k´ letter in "acak/ecek" suffix into ´Ã°´. So for example:
geleceksin - you will come söyleyeceðim - I will say (k transformed into ð) uyuyacaksýnýz - You will sleep (notice that siniz changed to sýnýz because of vowel harmony) kalacaðýz - We will stay (k transformed into ð)
Maybe it would be easier for you to replace two last points with one: append one of the following suffixes depending on person:
I - eceðim / acaðým you (singular) - eceksin / acaksýn he/she/it - ecek / acak
we - eceðiz / acaðýz you (plural) - eceksiniz / acaksýnýz they - ecekler / acaklar
You can also look here for explanation: http://turkishclass.com/turkish_lesson_70 By the way - I really recommend to you reading "Learn Turkish / lessons by admin" on this site, I started from this and it is really valuable resource for me (for example, tenses, vowel and consonant harmony are explained there) . Also, you may be interested in "Manisa Turkish" site, which is currently available in archived form here:

And I guess you will find this program very helpful:
http://ipb.nu/winmekmak/
It lets you for example type verb and see how it looks in different tenses - it is really great tool!
I hope I didn´t make anything wrong here good luck with your learning !
