You wrote: "Slowly slowly language Turkish I am learning." I would reverse dil and Türçe because I think that when a noun modifies another the word order is same as English. Also my impression of normal usage is that they would leave out "dil" because Türkçe is unambigous by itself.
But congratulate yourself, a Turkish person would understand that.

It should be:
"Yavaþ yavaþ Türkçe öðreneceðim"
or
"Yavaþ yavaþ Türk dilini öðreneceðim"
where usage of first one is more common.

Could the first suggestion be used as well, but with the dil eliminated? I noticed in your response you suggested a future tense, I will learn .

he was asking for the translation for " Slowly, slowly I will learn Turkish." and so it is with future tense.
"Yavaþ yavaþ Türkçe öðreniyorum" is correct but then it is "I am learning", not "I will learn"
