Quoting Polyglot

Which one would be correct I will speak "with", or I will speak "to" Mehmet?

Mehmet´le  (with apostrophe because Mehmet is a proper noun -  all proper nouns have to have an apostrophe before the add-on).

This does mean ´with Mehmet´ in Turkish but we would translate it as ´to Mehmet´ in English
