If I write it in medical language, it would be:

Bifosfonatlar ve altçene kemiðinin avasküler nekrozu.

Hmm.....very annoying!  I originally thought it should be ´kemiðinin´ but changed my mind   - and I thought it was ´a vascular´ and not ´avascular (in the sense of ´no veins´ - so I could have got that one right! 

...but - what was the first sentence if not medical language???

It is "osteolysis prevention drugs"
