I understand the sentiment and the verbs. What does the "tan" on the end do to the word please?

This may be a basic question but I can´t work it out.

I presume it is something like someone getting fed up from living and from being alone

"i am bored (or sick off)  of being alone and my life"

depending on the last letter with  yalnizlik we have to use tan becasue of k

yasamak also we have to use tan becasue of k last letter
