Here´s my attempt as learner. I didn´t understand everything, but I think that I at least managed to get the meaning:

"You will have 3": Oh God! Be careful, it seems you will have some expenses. You should worry about your house when they all begin to walk around at the same time. When they begin going to school, they will need extra time and interest.

I also don´t know what "baya" in last sentence means - maybe someone can help here ?

Also: üçüzün olacak means you will have triplets.

iki=2, ikiz= twins

üç=3, üçüz= triplets

and so on for quadruplets etc etc...
