two words e to t? thanks!

how do you address "mr. postman" in turkish?

 

and for courier services such as DHL or UPS.. what´s the name in turkish used to address the courier man who deliver the item? for example in english we call them "courier man" or "delivery guy".

 

i hope i haven´t confuse anyone. thanks so much in advance.

but do you mean "postacý" is to address "mr. postman" or "courier man"? or both use the same name?

´Mr´ Postman would be ´Postacý Bey´.  I would think that, for the type of courier you mean,  you could call him ´Postacý Bey´ as well.  One of the translations of ´courier´ given on www.tureng.com is actually ´courier´ so you could also probably go with ´Courier Bey´ .

courier is "kurye"

 

I know that someone will react to this in 5 minutes. This is "hate dillidüdük" week

 Well I don´t hate you!  Busy defending you in another thread actually - but my dictionary gave ´kurye´ as the word for ´diplomatic courier´ so I wasn´t sure she should use this one!

It is also the guy who delivers  packages and such things for courier services like DHL or UPS.
