Turkish translation to English please

I would be so thankful if someone could translate this conversation for me:

 

Necmiye cok degismissin

 

Sende deismissin baya.  Evlenmissin sanirim hayirli olsun

 

Evet evlendim, ee zaman insani degistiriyor.

Necmiye (I think this is a name) you have changed a lot

You have changed too (baya?).  I believe you are married, congratulations.

Yes, I am married, hey, time changes a person.

 I think baya means quite , so maybe it says you have chaNged quite alot

 

andddddddddBig smile ee means so in turkish, I think.

Is it possible that

ee zaman was texted to mean  iyi zaman (good time)?

no

it is something like "so" as deli said.

it is normally written with one "e". but in daily comversations we write ee, even eee, even eeee
