My attempt for the first bit and more:

Sensizlik beni yýpratýyor,

Being without you wears me down,

Sana ölüme terkedilmiþ

To you to be left for dead

bir hastanýn mucizevi bir ilaca terar (tekrar?) hayata dönmesi için  ihtiyacý oluðu kadar çok ihtiyacým var...

There is my great requirement to demand the trough for a sick person´s miraculous drug to return to life.

This obviously needs a native speaker to translate the words properly Confused

Maybe you should have posted this in the translation forum, not the language forum (which is for questions about learning the language).

Henry, we need to break the sentence up differently.

Sana ... çok ihtiyacým var: I need you a lot

.... olduðu kadar: as much as

ölüme terkedilmiþ bir hastanýn mücizevi bir ilaca : a sick person left to die (needs) a miraculous drug

tekrar hayat dönmesi için: to come back to life again.

Total:

I need you a like just as much as a sick person left to die needs a miraculous drug to come back to life again.

Thanks heaps for your great sentence breakdown Marion. Flowers

I guessed terar might be tekrar, but I was stumped as to how oluðu fitted in.  (Oluk- trough, channel)

I see you knew it should be olduðu. Roll eyes

You´re welcome. I hoped you wouldn´t mind, as I know the best way for to get from intermediate to advanced is to have the complicated sentence structure explained!

I see you knew it should be olduðu. Roll eyes

 Here are the clues:

1. kadar always goes in a sentence as -a kadar. "As much as" or "as far as"

2. Ýhtiyaç goes with olmak to make to need. (ihtiyaç on itself is just a need, noun)

So it must be [baska birininin bir þeye] ihtiyacý olduðu kadar sana ihtiyacým var.

or [baþka bir þeye] ihtiyacým olduðu kadar sana ihtiyacým var.

The first of these fitted the sentence.

Thank you again Marion for posting this additional information on how to resolve the translation.
