Could someone kindly tell me what does bire birdir mean in english?

For example in this context:  Yutkunmaya bire birdir

 hmm.  literally.   "bire birdir"    to one (thing) that thing is.

"to something is that is what is swallowing".  Looks like idiom that I don´t understand.

 "bire bir" an idiom. it mean " you find, what you need" usually we are using it, when we look for something and find similiar of it, we are saying "bire bir".

On the other hand, usually herbalist says that idiom frequently for recover some illnes by herbal way.

to be "bire bir" for something is being the ideal remedy for whatever that something is...

yutkunmaya bire birdir ; it is just the right remedy to start (or stop, as the problem may be) swallowing.
