My attempt:

Aþk bedava deðildir, bir iþçiliktir, emek ve özveri ister;

Love, it is not free, it is a labour, it wants effort and devotion;

sevdiðin kadar sevilirsin, saydýðýn kadar sayýlýrsýn.

you are loved as much as you love, you are respected as much as you respect.

Not sure about the last part, saymak = to count, also to respect.

Maybe a native speaker can give the correct meaning. Smile
