Many thanks in advance.

It was nice talking to you.

I hope you and your family are well.

Please give my love to (name), (name) and (name).

I am trying to teach myself Turkish.

I know a few words and phrases, but my Turkish is not good.

I use a couple of websites where kind people help with translations.

If you like, we can help each other learn.

Take care and speak soon.

Quoting lady in red

It was nice talking to you.

Seninle konuþmak iyiydi (but we would rather say "güzeldi")

I hope you and your family are well.

Sen ve ailen iyisinizdir umarým

Please give my love to (name), (name) and (name).

(name)´e/a/ye/ya, (name)´e/a/ye/ya ile (name)´e/a/ye/ya sevgilerimi ilet lütfen (suffix depends on vowel harmony and consonant/vowel ending, e.g. Murat´a, Ayþa´ya, Mehmet´e etc.)

("sevgilim" means my lover )

I am trying to teach myself Turkish.

Kendime Türkçe öðretmeye uðraþýyorum (this is the correct literal translation but it is not used. We would say "kendi kendime Türkçe öðrenmeye uðraþýyorum."- I am trying to learn Turkish by myself)

I know a few words and phrases, but my Turkish is not good.

Birkaç söz ve cümle biliyorum ama Türkçem iyi deðil.

I use a couple of websites where kind people help with translations.

Birkaç websitesi kullanýrým, orada iyi kalpli insanlar bana tercümelerle yardým eder.

(Above is the correction of your version. But I again offer another one "Bazý iyi insanlarýn çevirilerle yardým ettiði birkaç websitesi kullanýyorum" I added "bazý" because it sounds better.)

If you like, we can help each other learn.

Eðer istersen, birbirimize öðrenmek için yardým edebiliriz.

or

Eðer istersen birbirimizin öðrenmesine yardým edebiliriz.

Take care and speak soon.

Kendine iyi bak, biraz sonra konuþuruz.

(I would also omit "biraz" here because it sounds like you wanna speak again 10 minutes later )
