Jeja, some advice you can either read or ignore.

Males, myself included, often forget to say thank you for things.

I know this is not good.

It is not that we are not grateful, but we don´t often see how we hurt people by not responding at all.

Little things like that test relationships. Even though you are upset, highlighting the thoughtlessness by him can possibly make things worse.

It maybe better to wait even longer, rather than have him get upset over your strong response.

Hey, I don´t agree, we say "Thank you" a lot in Turkey

(ok we don´t say "please" as much as you)

but some men are like that, I think all around the world

btw, I have realized noone translated it for you,

Doðum günü dileklerim için bir teþekkür bile etmedin. Beni böyle mi seviyorsun?

I think women always have the right to complain But don´t take it seriously annoying that he didn´t say thank you. Men are not so sensitive as we are.

blah-blah-blah-blah! *jeja* is right about relations. Turkish men do say ´thank you´. dont slander!

it is really about attitude. you may keep silence when friends send you Happy BD smses, but if it is special person you answer. IF it is special person.... the other thing - if you want your second part to thank you for such wishes - leave those who do not.

though maybe sms did not arrived - possible. maybe you can find that out.

However, I agree that that is mistake in attitude, and that has notging whit nationality. If he wants to be my special pesone (and he does everything else to be), he needs to learn how not to hurt me in that such a small part of relation, like to say thank you when that is needed, and offcourse if he does think that. If he does not... than let him dont try to be my perfect prince

you may just tell him that his silence hurts you. it is the simplest way to let other person know what your level of expectations is, what you want from relations, him and coexistence.
