Bu sabah 1 saat yüzdüm.

 bu sabah 1 saat kadar yüzdüm.

Not 1 saat kadar.

Bu sabah 1 saat yüzdüm.

 I thought ´1 saat kadar´ seemed wrong - but I also assumed *cartel* is Turkish and this was some other way of saying it.  It would be nice if EVERYONE who is not Turkish or a fluent speaker of Turkish would put ´my attempt or attempt as a learner´ after their translation

Maybe he´s Turkish but is his English not that good . Instead of swimming for one hour he may have understood swam until 1?

I swam for 1 hour = 1 saat yüzdüm.

I swam for about 1 hour = 1 saat kadar yüzdüm.

I swam until 1 = 1´e kadar yüzdüm.
