It is correct except that "Urdu" is used as "Urduca" or "Urdu dili" in Turkish.

However, if you want to use it here, according to your another post:

Zakaria spoke Urdu. This was a Turkish man who spoke Urdu, and sadly passed away in a car crash in Norway around 1993.

Then you must stay:

"Zakaria Urduca konuþurdu"

and the all:

"Zakaria Urduca konuþurdu. O Urduca konuþan bir Türk´tü ve ne yazýk ki yaklaþýk 1993 yýlýnda Norveç´te bir trafik kazasýnda vefat etti."
