It isn´t spelled in corect TUrkish.   I attempt at it..  "Hey look  on the teardrop (or maybe drink or booze) to my militarly service I will be going as well as with 89  "lu" (whatever lu is)."

 Look! Hey, at my age, i will go and do my military service with thoese who were born in 1989!! (kind of has the hint of slight complaint, grizzle!!!)
