yasaklamak means "to prohibit".  It is a "formed word"/   yasak=prohibition + la=action of.  My guess is that this means something like "doctor feel good is forbidden".  Since "þekerlý yiyecekleri doktor" = "sugary foods doctor".  And one of the alternate meanings of "yiyecek" is "drugs".

Some context would help.

I agree, I think it is

the doctor has banned foods with sugar

Are there more words to the sentence?

Agree Henry. We dont need any more words, it makes sense like this (if you corrct the spelling of yasakladý)
