I found this by googling the whole phrase-no idea what it means!

Allahým gönlümde olaný hakkýmda hayýrlý eyle, God is in my heart about better action,

Hakkýmda hayýrlý olana gönlümü razý eyle. About me acting is better to settle for my heart

Quoting sally1876

recieved this e.mail but dont understand it so could someone kindly translate for me please.

allahým gönlümde olan hakkýmda hayýrlý eyle, hakkýmda hayýrlý olana gönlümü razi eyle.

Eylemek: to act. When you address God you tend to use different language (like using thee and thou in English. Eylemek is an alternative for yapmak or etmek.

Hakkýmda hayýrla olan: the thing that is hayýrlý (for the best, a blessing) for me.

My God, act for my best in the matter that is in my heart. Make my heart willing for the thing that is for my best.

allahým gönlümde olan hakkýmda hayýrlý eyle, hakkýmda hayýrlý olana gönlümü razi eyle.

May Allah make what is inside my heart beneficial and persuade my heart of what is best benefical for me.

That is my best for the translation. by the way i must say i read some classical novels. Maybe that literal, rhetoric way can make you satisfied.
