whenever i go to turkey i am always given presents of slippersocks. these are lovely and vary in colour and patterns. i would love to try knitting a pair myself but cant find a pattern like them nowhere. the only pattern i did find on the net was just a chart and no explanation so  i wasnt able to try them. i was wondering if anyone on this site could help me find a pattern or maybe tell me where i can find one. many thanks

if you search for "patik" in google, you can find many patterns. i doubt there is any in english, but at least there are some showing the steps by pictures.
