one word turk - eng please

All help appreciated - have checked the online dictionary and tureng but no joy.

 yes you are right it is confusing. the online dictionary gave murderer for "cani" but i am not sure is "kom" part of the word or is is a suffix?. a native speaker will be very usefull here.

This is not a formal Turkish word.  It may just be a slang word.

It means sweety - My Dear - poopet or something like.

I think rank and fashion but raw recruit parvenue society like use that word.

Hallederiz, are you saying it isn´t a very polite way to speak? Or is it slang used by young people? I am confused by your last sentence.

Thans for all the help!! I thought he was calling me a murderer????

no it is not rude, just slang. it is used only by women. if someone is using this continuously,  it can be annoying and sounding "artificial"

Actually, I think he was just being sarcastic!

actually, i was just thinking of adding that it is also used when you are being sarcastic (I do like that at least )
