Laf (???)  Cubicles that are marked with yellow are the samples  that have been bought (or supplied) when there was no work along with  quailty assurance (department)

thats my try but it is not a very clear sentence....

laf cabinleri: cabin is cubicle but laf cubicle???? doesnt mean anything to me or there is a spelling mistake (would it be "raf" instead of laf???

LAF Cabinet means a specific equipment to avoid air contamination from dust, bacteria etc.

LAF is Laminar Air Flow!
