Yes,yours is probably right-your being Turkish and all. Big smile

I forgot that the ´den´ suffix can mean ´than´ as well as ´from´.

Ah well-back to the drawing board!

hey guys and girls can you explain to me the miþ bit

 

I thought it meant If I HAVE OR HADConfused

It only means that when the past suffix is added. eg vermiþtim ´I had given´ (past perfect tense)

Otherwise it means something like  (in this case)  ´it seems that if I give ............

or ´apparently if I give..........´
