If you´d like to say "my sms" then I think you can use one of the following:

Sms´im aldýn mý ? (*)

Benim sms´im aldýn mý ?

Benim sms aldýn mý ?

Mesajým aldýn mý ?

Benim mesajým aldýn mý ?

Benim mesaj aldýn mý ?

(*) - I think you should use apostrophe after "sms" when writing, because it´s a name.

Mesajýmý aldýn mý?

Sms´imi aldýn mý ?
