This agreement shall commence on the date at the head of this agreement shall continue in force until terminated by either party giving to the other at least 30 days written notice unless there is a material breach of this agreement under which written notice will take immidiate effect.

This agreement may be terminated with immidiate effect if either party has a receiver,administrative receiver or administrator appointed over it or any of  assests.
