bir ev yada apart tutmak zorundayým moral iyice bozuldu sana cevap vermezsem

a house or apartment to rent. I am in difficulty. my mood is ok (pretty good) it broke down if I can´t give an answer to you

I think this is along the right lines but not sure about 1-2 words and meanings.

All help appreciated.

I think you are basically correct.   "Vermazsem" is present general conditional tense though, not Past, and it is negative so "sana cevap vermezsem" conveys "everytime/whenever I can´t give you an answer"

here "zorundayým" means "I have to" (I have to rent...)

and "iyice" means "quite" (so "iyice bozuldu"=> "became quite bad")

but the last part of sentence doesn´t seem complete...

Zorunda.... means "have to, must, necessity"

So this is: I have to rent a house or an apartment.

It is not moral iyice  -  bozuldu, but moral - iyice bozuldu

i.e. iyice means pretty much, quite a lot, fairly well and it applies to bozuldu not moral.

Literally: my spirits are pretty much ruined.

I am pretty fed up, I am really upset etc.

If I can´t reply to you I get really fed up.

Thanks Marion. Your help is much appreciated. I wish he would use punctuation then maybe I would have a better chance translating it myself. Head bang
